All compounds sold by AminoKinetics are for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the nature of research-grade materials, our refund policy is limited.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
- Compounds arrive damaged or compromised during shipping.
- Compounds fail to meet the stated purity specification documented on the Certificate of Analysis.
- A shipping error results in the wrong compound being sent.
Return Process
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact contact@aminokinetics.com with your order number and photographic documentation of the issue. Compounds that have been opened or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return due to contamination risk.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of return receipt and inspection. For domestic US returns, we provide prepaid return shipping labels where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Compounds that have been opened, mixed, or otherwise used in research are not eligible for return. Orders placed in error are not eligible for refund once shipped. International orders are not eligible for return unless a confirmed shipping error or quality defect is documented.
